Brand Support Specialist – Amazon & Shopify (Toys & Games)

About the Role

Seller Fuel (dba Toy Launch) is hiring a Brand Support Specialist to support our Brand Success Managers in managing Amazon and Shopify clients.

You'll be part of a collaborative support team, working directly with a Brand Success Manager to co-manage client accounts.
You'll handle reporting, data analysis, and backend coordination, so your Brand Success Manager can focus on client strategy and growth.

We need someone who can start right away and hit the ground running. This role is best suited for someone who already knows agency workflows and needs minimal training.

What You'll Do

Send weekly status updates to assigned clients, summarizing key wins, progress, and next steps
Audit client accounts daily, monitoring sales, performance metrics, ads, and listings
Prepare restock and inventory recommendations using account data and sales velocity trends
Respond to client inquiries in ClickUp and coordinate with internal teams (Creative, PPC, Catalog) to ensure follow-through
Attend client or internal meetings, take notes, and send concise meeting summaries
Handle admin and operational groundwork for your paired Brand Success Manager
Prepare reports and summaries ahead of client meetings
Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, SEO, Catalog, and PPC teams

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of agency experience, ideally supporting Amazon or Shopify clients
Strong familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
Solid written and verbal English communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable with ClickUp or similar project management tools
Able to start immediately with minimal ramp-up time
Positive, proactive, and thrives in a fully remote team environment
Able to work US business hours (PST overlap required)
Amazon catalog and/or PPC experience is a plus
Personal computer with at least 16GB RAM and Ryzen 5 / i5 12th Gen or above
Dual monitor setup
Stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps)
High-quality microphone and camera (must be on during meetings)
