Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Ottawa is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity with a flexible schedule that includes rotating shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.
Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
Communicate scheduling delays with customers and service technicians.
Generate business opportunities through phone calls, email s, and customer follow-ups.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer and operational issues.
Monitor and follow standard operating procedures.
Assist with additional administrative duties and cross-training as required.

Qualifications
Required: Experience using ServiceTitan.
Previous Customer Service Representative (CSR) and/or dispatching experience.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
A quiet, professional work environment free from background noise.

Technical Requirements
Laptop or desktop computer with an Intel Core i5 processor or better.
Minimum of 8 GB RAM.
Stable wired high-speed internet connection of 20 Mbps or higher.
Reliable power supply.
Noise-cancelling headset.
