Shopify Growth Expert (Product Launches, Landing Pages & Funnels)

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the print on demand space, selling across 10 markets. We are looking for Shopify Growth Experts who turn ideas into live, high-converting projects, from new product launches to landing pages and complete funnels.

The compensation is a fixed monthly salary of USD 2,000 plus a performance bonus of USD 1,000 to 2,000 per month on top, tied to the targets we want to reach together. The better the business performs, the more you earn.

YOUR ROLE

You combine technical execution with the marketing behind it. You build what drives growth: product launches, landing pages and funnels on Shopify, and you understand how traffic from Meta campaigns turns into customers. You use AI heavily to build faster and cleaner than a traditional developer or marketer could alone.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Plan and build new product launches on Shopify, from product setup to a launch-ready page
• Create high-converting landing pages and funnels, including offers, page structure and copy
• Build clean, maintainable solutions in a shared codebase with version control on GitHub
• Use AI tools throughout your work to design, code, test and iterate faster
• Work closely with our performance marketing to align pages with Meta campaigns
• Analyze results, test improvements and push conversion rates up
• Take ownership of your projects from brief to live and report results clearly

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven, hands-on Shopify experience with launched projects you can show (required)
• A deep understanding of marketing and how funnels work, from ad to checkout
• Hands-on experience with Meta ads and customer acquisition
• Strong, daily use of AI tools to build technically clean solutions
• Solid understanding of code architecture, Liquid, theme structure and GitHub workflows
• A good eye for design and the ability to turn ideas into polished, on-brand pages
• Self-organization, clear communication and fluent English

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in print on demand or personalized products
• Experience with multi-market stores and Q4 peak season
• Conversion rate optimization and A/B testing experience

• Projects and deadlines are managed in a project management tool, daily communication runs through chat, updates are often shared as short videos
