About us

Adino Property Group is a Manchester-based property management company. We work with a network of residential properties across Greater Manchester and supply housing to councils, social housing providers and supported accommodation operators across the North West. It's a small, fast-moving operation and this role sits directly with the director.

The role

You are the research and administrative engine behind two things: our outreach to organisations that need housing, and the pipeline of properties we bring in to supply them.

On the outreach side, the director handles the substantive conversations. You make those conversations possible — working out who the decision-maker actually is, confirming their direct line and email , preparing the background, booking the slot, and tracking every follow-up date.

On the property side, you'll be in direct contact with landlords and letting agents: making the approach, answering straightforward questions about what we offer, and getting viewings into the diary.

Day to day

*Research and contact mapping*

  • Research and build target lists across four groups: local authorities, social housing providers and registered providers, supported accommodation operators, and supported living providers — covering Greater Manchester and the wider North West, including Lancashire, Cheshire and Merseyside
  • For each organisation, identify named contacts, job titles, direct dials, email formats, and any published landlord or property-sourcing scheme
  • Use LinkedIn search from your own personal account to identify officers and managers by job title and organisation, confirm who currently holds a role, and map who sits where in a housing team. Research only — no connection requests, messages or InMail.
  • Keep a short written profile of each organisation: what they do, what they've published, what they're likely to need
  • Short confirmation calls to switchboards and reception to verify who holds a role, obtain a direct number, and book meetings into the director's diary
  • Monitor UK procurement portals and published documents for relevant tenders and scheme updates

*Landlord and property outreach*

  • Source suitable properties from listing sites, letting agents and landlord networks
  • Contact landlords and agents by phone and email to introduce us and arrange viewings
  • Book viewings into the director's diary with full details: address, access arrangements, contact name and number, asking rent, property type and condition
  • Log every property and every conversation so we always know what's been approached, what's been ruled out, and why

*Coordination and admin*

  • Own the follow-up schedule across both workstreams. Track every open thread, know what's due when, and prompt the director before a deadline passes, not after.
  • Keep our CRM and Notion workspace up to date, so contact history, next actions and dates are always current
  • Draft follow-up and confirmation email s for the director's review
  • Build clean, readable decks and one-page summaries for meetings
  • Bring us things we haven't asked for. Spotting a newly published scheme, a change of officer, or a well-priced property before we do is the most valuable thing you can do in this role.

What we're looking for

  • You're good at digging. Give you an organisation's website with nothing but a switchboard number and you'll usually come back with a name and a direct line.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn search to find the right person by role and organisation
  • Happy picking up the phone to UK landlords and letting agents. You can introduce us, answer the easy questions, and ask for a viewing without it feeling like a sales call.
  • Good written English — enough that your draft email s need a light read rather than a rewrite
  • Careful with detail. Names, numbers and dates are the whole job, so it matters that they're right.
  • Organised by nature. You'll be running the follow-up schedule, and we'd rather it lived with you than with us.
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and Notion, or quick to pick them up
  • Able to put together a tidy slide deck without much hand-holding
  • Reliable internet, a quiet space to take calls, and a decent headset

A note on AI

Use AI where it helps — drafting, summarising long documents, tidying notes, getting a deck started. We'd rather you had it than not.

The only thing we'd ask is that you check what comes out of it. Contact details in particular can look convincing and be completely made up, so anything you pass to us should have been verified somewhere real first.

Nice to have

  • Experience in real estate, property management or lettings
  • Familiarity with the UK property, social housing or supported living sector
  • Previous experience supporting a UK-based business

Hours and terms

4 hours a day, Monday to Friday, aligned to UK business hours. Preferred window 09:00–13:00 UK time (approximately 4pm–8pm Manila).

Paid one-month engagement to start, with a review at the end and the intention to continue with the right person long term.

We provide a UK landline number for all outbound calling, so you won't be paying international rates or calling from your own number.

How to apply

Send your CV along with the following. None of it needs to be long — we're mainly looking at how you go about things, not how much you write.

1. Find the person. Pick any council in the North West — Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Stockport, wherever — and find the person responsible for private sector leasing or landlord liaison. Send us their name and job title.

2. Find their email . Same person. Tell us the email address and, briefly, how you worked it out.

3. A short voice note. Imagine you've called that council's main switchboard and someone has picked up. Record how you'd ask to be put through to the right team. Thirty seconds is plenty — this is just so we can hear how you sound on the phone. Please don't actually call anyone.

4. How you'd log it. Tell us where you'd record what you found and what you'd write down, so that someone picking it up in three weeks knows exactly where things stand. If you've used a CRM before, tell us which. If you haven't, a spreadsheet or a Word document is a perfectly good answer — we're interested in how you think about keeping track, not the software.
