AI Prompting Specialist — Viral Content (Part-Time → Full-Time Path)

We run AI creator personas and need someone who can turn prompts into viral-ready photo and video content every single day.

The role:
You will generate AI photo and video content for our creator personas using our existing prompt engines and generation pipeline, including Kling, Seedance, kie.ai, and similar tools.

Your job is not just to generate content. Your job is to push every prompt until the output is strong enough to post, test, and scale.

When a piece of content starts performing, you need to recognize why it works and understand how to scale that exact viral format into more variations.

What we hire for:
Master-level AI prompting for image and video generation.

This is the one thing we do not compromise on.

If you can consistently produce high-quality, on-brand, scroll-stopping AI content from a prompt, you are in the right place.

What we will teach you:
Building and maintaining a distinct brand personality across creator accounts.
Reading Facebook ---------- mechanics, including hooks, shares, reactions, and format patterns.
Our internal pipeline, including n8n workflows, prompt engines, and quality control.

Experience in these areas is a plus, but not a requirement.

Schedule:
Daily commitment.
Minimum 4 hours per day.
Fully remote.
Starts part-time.
As output and results scale, hours and pay can scale with it.

Compensation:
Base pay is set individually based on your demonstrated prompting level.
Your prompting level will be assessed through a short test during the hiring process.
Performance bonuses are available for posts that cross viral thresholds.
Clear growth path to full-time as the operation scales.

You are not comfortable working on AI creator content for subscription-based platforms.
You have never actually made AI-generated content perform, and cannot show examples.
