($$$) AI video creator & Video editor for e-commerce

We are a fast-growing European e-commerce brand. Our ads are our growth engine, and we produce AI-powered video ads every single day.

We are looking for ONE exceptional person, a true A-player AI Video Editor & Content Creator, who will produce our video ads, AI footage, and static images. This is a full-time, long-term position, not a project. Our current team members have been with us for a long time, and we want the same with you.

What you will do every day:

Create AI video footage with Higgsfield, Kling 3, Seedance
Create AI UGC videos (talking creators, lipsync)
Generate static ad images (GPT Image 2, Nano Banana)
Edit video ads for Facebook /Instagram (hooks, cuts, captions, sound design)
Iterate on winning ads: new hooks, new first 3 seconds, new formats
Use Claude/LLMs to write and refine prompts and scripts
Follow clear creative briefs and brand rules
You are the right person if:

You have ALREADY created AI videos and UGC with lipsync (you will show us, not tell us)
You have edited ads for e-commerce brands that spent real money on them
You understand that an ad's job is to SELL, not to look pretty
Your English is fluent (written and spoken)
You are organized, you follow processes, and you hit deadlines without reminders
You are available full-time with no other clients
