E-Commerce Project Lead & Right Hand to the Founder

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the print on demand space, selling across 10 markets. We are looking for a Project Manager who takes full responsibility for all markets and team members.

The compensation is a fixed monthly salary of USD 2,000 plus a performance bonus of USD 1,000 to 2,000 per month on top, tied to the margin targets we want to reach together. The better the business performs, the more you earn.

YOUR ROLE

You become the right hand of our founder. You lead our team of around ten people, plan all projects through to execution and work in close exchange with the founder. The role is mainly about leadership and planning, but it also includes hands-on operational work where needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Take full ownership of project management across all markets
• Lead a remote team of around ten specialists, set clear expectations and follow up consistently
• Plan projects from idea to execution and keep status, deadlines and priorities under control
• Track team performance with clear metrics and run weekly reviews and feedback
• Use AI to run analyses and reports and to keep project status up to date automatically
• Spot blockers early, make decisions within your scope and escalate what needs escalating
• Support operational execution yourself when needed
• Keep the founder updated with concise weekly updates and decision proposals

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven, hands-on experience in e-commerce project management (required)
• Several years of project or operations management, ideally in print on demand or at a D2C brand
• Deep understanding of e-commerce and online marketing: paid social, conversion, unit economics, product launches
• Proven experience leading remote, international teams
• Advanced, hands-on use of AI in your daily work: running analyses and reports through AI tools and setting up AI connectors (MCP) to your project tools
• Outstanding self-organization and a structured way of working in project management tools
• Strong communication skills and fluent, near-native English, written and spoken
• Comfortable working with numbers and making data-based decisions

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with multi-market e-commerce and Q4 peak season
• German language skills
