Graphic Designer & Digital Content Assistant

We are seeking a creative and reliable Graphic Designer & Digital Content Assistant to support a growing podcast and digital media brand.

Responsibilities:

Create professional Instagram graphics, carousels and Stories
Design engaging YouTube thumbnails
Maintain consistent branding and visual style
Schedule Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts
Write captions and prepare social media posts
Prepare podcast content for Patreon

Requirements: Strong Adobe Photoshop skills required. Must provide a portfolio or work samples. Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and social media content is preferred.

Schedule: 20 hours per week, remote, with availability during afternoons/evenings EST.

Compensation: $2.00/hour during the first 90 days of training. Pay increases to $4.00/hour after successful completion of the 90-day training period.

Skills Test Required: Selected applicants will complete a short paid graphic design assignment before the interview to demonstrate creativity, Photoshop skills, attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
