Remote Chat Sales Setter / Lead Engagement Specialist

Elevated Recovery is hiring a highly organized, persuasive, and emotionally intelligent Chat Sales Setter to manage conversations with prospective clients across multiple platforms.

We help men overcome compulsive pornography use and related behaviors. This role requires maturity, discretion, empathy, and comfort discussing sensitive topics directly and professionally.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple active conversations across SMS, email , social media, and our CRM
• Respond quickly while keeping every conversation personal and context-aware
• Ask thoughtful questions, identify needs, and guide qualified prospects toward booking a call
• Follow up consistently with new, old, and previously unresponsive leads
• Track large numbers of leads without losing conversations or missing next steps
• Keep CRM records, notes, statuses, and follow-up dates accurate
• Handle basic questions and objections through chat without sounding scripted
• Make outbound calls when necessary to reconnect with leads or confirm appointments
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure clean handoffs and strong show rates

You May Be a Strong Fit If You Are

• An excellent written communicator with natural, conversational English
• Experienced in chat sales, appointment setting, lead nurturing, or online sales
• Comfortable managing many conversations at once across different platforms
• Highly organized and attentive to small details
• Able to personalize templates rather than blindly copying and pasting them
• Persistent with follow-up without becoming pushy
• Comfortable making outbound calls when chat alone is not enough
• Coachable, adaptable, and able to implement feedback quickly
• Reliable during U.S. business hours and available for at least one weekend shift
• Comfortable discussing pornography, relationships, recovery, and other sensitive subjects professionally

This Role Is Not a Fit If You

• Frequently miss messages or forget follow-ups
• Depend entirely on scripts and struggle to think within a live conversation
• Avoid phone calls
• Become overwhelmed when managing multiple platforms or a large lead pipeline
• Need constant supervision to keep CRM records organized
• Are uncomfortable discussing pornography and recovery directly

Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time remote position
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• U.S. working hours, including at least one weekend day
• $5 USD per hour plus performance-based commissions
• Training, scripts, feedback, and ongoing sales development provided
