Digital Marketing Trainee + Paid Mentor Opportunity

We’re looking for motivated Digital Marketing Trainees based in the Philippines who want to build practical marketing skills through hands-on training and execution.

You’ll join a free, fully remote marketing bootcamp where you’ll learn digital and affiliate marketing by applying strategies, testing ideas, tracking results, and improving based on performance.

Your goal is to generate your first $100 in earnings and successfully complete the program.

Once you graduate:

We’ll match your $100 earnings with an additional $100
You’ll be offered a Bootcamp Mentor opportunity
As a Mentor, you’ll earn $100 for every student you successfully guide to graduation and $100 in earnings

Learn → Execute → Earn $100 → Graduate → Receive $100 Match → Become a Mentor

What You’ll Do
Complete bootcamp training and assignments
Apply and test the marketing strategies you learn
Track results and continuously improve
Communicate when you need support
Stay active, consistent, and accountable throughout the program

We don’t expect you to know everything from day one. We’re looking for people who can learn, execute, and improve.

Who We’re Looking For

Experience or interest in any of the following is helpful:

Digital marketing, social media, TikTok, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, e-commerce, affiliate marketing, paid or organic advertising, lead generation, content creation, video editing, or online business.

You do not need to be an affiliate marketing expert. Transferable marketing experience and a willingness to learn are welcome.

We value candidates who are coachable, reliable, consistent, good communicators, comfortable working independently, and willing to test and improve.

Basic Requirements
Based in the Philippines
Reliable internet connection and personal work computer
Available to attend required bootcamp sessions
Able to complete assignments independently and on time
Consistent communication and participation
Some exposure to marketing, content, advertising, e-commerce, or online business is preferred
Graduation & Mentor Opportunity

To graduate, you must complete the program requirements and generate at least $100 in earnings.

After graduation, we’ll match your $100 with an additional $100, and you’ll be offered the opportunity to become a Bootcamp Mentor.

As a Mentor, you’ll guide new trainees through the program, help them stay accountable, work through blockers, apply what they’re learning, track progress, and reach the $100 earnings milestone.

Your role is to guide students not do the work for them.

Mentor Compensation

Mentor compensation is performance-based:

$100 for every student you mentor who successfully graduates and reaches $100 in earnings.

1 graduate = $100 | 5 graduates = $500 | 10 graduates = $1,000
