Client Onboarding Specialist

GCC Solutions is a corporate services provider based in Dubai, working across
company formation, visa processing, accounting and corporate services. This
role is fully remote and based in the Philippines.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist to own the client journey from
first engagement through to full setup. This role sits at the centre of our
delivery - guiding clients through documentation and process at every step.

We are looking for someone who has genuinely onboarded clients before, not
processed paperwork behind the scenes, and who brings sharp, independent
thinking to a fast-moving, multi-step process. You will need to read situations
quickly, reason through the unfamiliar on the spot, and give clients clear,
confident answers rather than hedging.

Real ownership of your client files from day one, in a business where
onboarding is the front door.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients, from first engagement

through documentation, submission and setup completion

• Act as the client's main point of contact throughout, setting clear

expectations on requirements, timelines and next steps

• Collect, review and verify client documentation for accuracy and completeness

before submission to the relevant authorities

• Coordinate with internal teams - company formation, visa, accounting, banking
• to keep onboarding moving and avoid delays
• Follow up proactively on outstanding requirements rather than waiting for

clients to chase

• Identify and flag onboarding risks or bottlenecks early, and escalate where needed
• Maintain accurate, current records of client status across the onboarding pipeline
• Look continuously for ways to make onboarding smoother and faster for clients

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• One to two years of hands-on client onboarding experience - client-facing

ownership of the process, not administrative or back-office processing.
Candidates with ten or more years of broader professional experience are also
welcome to apply.

• University degree in Law, Philosophy, English Literature, Political Science

or Accountancy

• Exposure to KYC, AML or client due diligence is an advantage
• Sharp and quick-thinking - able to reason through ambiguous situations on the

spot and respond with clear, confident answers rather than uncertainty

• Strong written and verbal English, with the ability to explain requirements

clearly to clients unfamiliar with the process

• High attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple client files and

deadlines at once

• Calm, organised and proactive under pressure - able to keep a process moving

when clients or third parties are slow

• Based in the Philippines and legally authorised to work there
