Founding Agent Fleet Manager / AI Operations Design Partner

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

I'm building Orqezra, a new platform designed to help Virtual Assistants, freelancers, and operators build and manage teams of AI agents for their clients.

I'm looking for a small number of experienced VAs to become Founding Agent Fleet Managers and help shape the product from the beginning.

This is NOT a traditional VA position where you'll be doing tasks for me.

I'm looking for experienced VAs who already understand real client workflows and are interested in exploring a new type of service: managing AI agent teams for businesses.

WHAT IS AN AGENT FLEET MANAGER?

Imagine that instead of personally performing every repetitive task for your clients, you had specialized AI agents working under your supervision.

For example, a client's AI fleet might have:

• Lead Research Agent
• Lead Qualification Agent
• CRM Agent
• Email / Follow-up Agent
• Scheduling Agent
• Reporting Agent

The AI agents handle repetitive work while you remain responsible for:

• Supervision
• Human approvals
• Quality control
• Handling exceptions
• Client communication
• Improving the workflows

The goal isn't to replace the VA.

The goal is to give a skilled VA their own AI workforce.

WHAT WE'RE TESTING

Orqezra is currently in the early stages.

The main question we're trying to answer is:

Can an experienced VA use AI agent fleets to deliver significantly more value to their existing clients?

We'll look at workflows you currently perform, identify tasks that AI could handle, and explore building real AI fleets around them.

Ideally, you already have a client who may eventually be interested in testing one of these workflows with us.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR

You may be a good fit if you:

• Currently work as a VA, Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, Automation Specialist, or similar role
• Already work with real clients
• Understand your clients' business processes
• Regularly use tools such as Gmail, Google Workspace, CRMs, spreadsheets, Slack, calendars, or project management tools
• Are comfortable experimenting with AI
• Think about processes and systems, not just individual tasks
• Communicate well with clients
• Are interested in eventually offering AI automation or AI workforce management as a service

BONUS:

• You manage multiple clients
• You manage other VAs
• You own or operate a small VA agency
• You already use tools like ChatGPT, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms

You do NOT need to be a programmer.

IMPORTANT

This is not currently a standard salaried VA position.

I'm not looking for someone to perform free VA work for me.

This is an early design-partner opportunity for experienced VAs interested in helping shape Orqezra and exploring the role of an Agent Fleet Manager.

For strong candidates, we may eventually test a real AI workflow with one of your existing clients, with the client's permission.

My goal is to build something that allows VAs and operators to manage AI-powered operations for multiple businesses and potentially build their own service business around it.

Describe ONE repetitive workflow you currently perform for a client.

Example:

A new lead comes in → I research the company → determine whether they're qualified → add them to the CRM → write a follow-up → schedule a call if they respond.

What tools do you use for that workflow?
Which parts do you think AI could handle?
Which parts should still require your approval?
If we successfully built an AI fleet around that workflow, do you have a client who might be interested in testing it?

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR MOST

I'm intentionally starting with a small group.

I'm much more interested in finding a few experienced and entrepreneurial VAs with real client relationships than receiving hundreds of applications.
