UI / UX SPECIALIST

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate can transform user requirements into intuitive, visually appealing, and functional digital experiences.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create designs that are user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with project goals.

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Create wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
Design user interfaces including menus, tabs, widgets, navigation, and search features.
Develop UI mockups and interactive prototypes.
Create original graphic designs and visual assets.
Present design concepts and drafts to internal teams and stakeholders.
Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, including responsiveness and usability.
Improve layouts and designs based on user feedback.
Maintain consistency with established fonts, colors, imagery, and design standards.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
🎯 QUALIFICATIONS
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer, UI/UX Specialist, or similar role.
Strong portfolio of design projects.
Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe XD.
Good understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, responsive design, and user-centered design.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field is preferred.
