Product Trainor / Engineer

Description
Design and implement training programs for project teams.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills.
Collaborate with project managers to identify training needs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees.
Preferably with knowledge or experience in Appliances industry.

Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in training or project management
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and presentation skills
