Project Manager (Remote — Supporting U.S. Operations)
Confidential employer
Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (U.S.)
Location: Remote
About the Role
We're hiring a Project Manager to take full ownership of a client project from kickoff through completion. This is not a task-only support role — you will be the person accountable for the project staying on schedule, the records staying accurate, and the client staying informed.
You'll start with one project. That means you'll have the bandwidth to do it exceptionally well: running discovery and progress meetings with the client, scheduling and confirming appointments, coordinating technicians, chasing down loose ends, and giving leadership a clear, current picture of where things stand.
We are building a team of high-performing professionals who think critically, move with urgency, and don't need to be told twice.
What You'll Do
-Project ownership
-Own your project end to end: schedule, records, and on-time completion
-Run discovery meetings and recurring progress meetings with clients
-Coordinate with technicians to align availability, scope, and timing
-Serve as the internal liaison, keeping the EST team on track with their deliverables
-Build multi-state and multi-location deployment plans, and rework them when customer needs or resource availability shift
-Anticipate delays and adjust timelines before they become problems
-Build and send clear reports that give leadership a quick, accurate overview
Scheduling and coordination
-Heavy scheduling in Salesforce
-Book and confirm client appointments by phone
-Handle follow-up calls and email s through to resolution
-Respond to email promptly and professionally
General administrative support
-Records and accountability
-Maintain accurate, current client records
-Track deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups without being reminded
-Close the loop on every open item
What We're Looking For
A strong candidate can point to specific, concrete examples of the following:
Project ownership — You've managed, coordinated, led, or owned projects from start to finish. Not assisted. Owned.
Organization — You've juggled multiple projects, deadlines, priorities, and calendars at once and kept all of them straight.
Communication — You've worked directly with clients, vendors, internal teams, and leadership, and you can speak and write clear, professional English.
Problem solving — You've resolved issues, handled escalations, and adjusted timelines when reality didn't match the plan.
Accountability — You've tracked deliverables, deadlines, KPIs, and follow-ups, and you owned the outcome, not just the activity.
Remote experience — You've worked with remote or distributed teams and you're comfortable running virtual meetings on Teams, Slack, or Zoom. You do good work without someone watching over your shoulder.
Client management — You've managed client communication, expectations, updates, and relationships directly.
Tools — Experience with Salesforce, Asana, Monday, Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Teams, or Excel is a plus. We care less about which systems you've used than about how fast you pick up new ones.
Career progression — Your work history shows increasing responsibility over time.
Results — Your resume shows numbers and outcomes, not just a list of duties. Reduced delays, improved turnaround, managed X clients or projects — that's what we want to see.
Requirements
Fluent, professional spoken and written English
Ability to think critically and make sound decisions without constant direction
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once
Full availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. After training, your schedule may shift to 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST based on team needs.
Your own computer and strong, reliable high-speed internet capable of clear VOIP calls
How to Apply
-Send your resume with "Golden Circle" in the subject line so we know you read the entire post. Applications without it will not be reviewed.
In your application, please include:
-A project you owned from start to finish, and how it turned out
-One time a project went sideways and what you did about it
