Hair Transplant Sales Representative / Lead Coordinator

Job Description:
Vivaan Health is seeking a motivated and persistent Sales Representative to manage and convert incoming leads for our Hair Restoration division.

This is a commission-only, performance-based position. Vivaan Health will provide the leads, and your responsibility will be to stay in consistent communication with prospective patients, build relationships, schedule consultations, and help convert interested leads into booked hair transplant procedures.

Responsibilities include:

Contact new leads promptly by phone, text, and approved messaging platforms
Maintain consistent follow-up with all active leads
Stay on top of prospective patients who are not yet ready to make a decision
Build rapport and establish trust with prospective patients
Discuss hair transplant procedure pricing and general non-clinical information
Answer questions regarding pricing, scheduling, consultations, and procedure logistics
Handle common sales objections involving price, timing, competing clinics, travel, or hesitation
Schedule prospective patients for consultations with the Vivaan Health clinical provider
Maintain and organize the provider's consultation list
Confirm upcoming consultation appointments and reduce no-shows
Follow up with patients after consultations to continue moving them toward booking
Maintain accurate notes regarding every lead, conversation, objection, quoted pricing, and next follow-up date
Keep the sales pipeline organized so that no lead is forgotten or left without follow-up
Work closely with the Vivaan Health administrative and clinical teams

We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, persistent, personable, competitive, and comfortable closing high-ticket services.

Previous experience in sales, phone sales, medical aesthetics, cosmetic procedures, hair restoration, med spas, dental sales, automotive sales, real estate, or other high-ticket sales is preferred.

Important: Sales representatives do not provide medical advice, determine hair transplant candidacy, estimate graft requirements, or make clinical recommendations. All medical decisions are handled by Vivaan Health's licensed clinical provider.

There is no cap on earnings. The more patients you successfully convert, the more you earn.

Wage/Salary:
Commission Only — $150 per successfully converted/completed hair transplant patient. No base salary.

Examples of potential earnings:

5 completed patients = $750
10 completed patients = $1,500
15 completed patients = $2,250
20 completed patients = $3,000
30 completed patients = $4,500

Desired Number of Hours Per Week:
20–30 hours per week, flexible schedule

Candidates must be available to respond to and follow up with leads consistently throughout the week, including some evening and weekend communication when necessary.
