Penji is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Video Editor who can transform raw footage into videos that capture attention, tell a story, and make an impact.

THE ROLE
Position: Video Editor
Work Setup: 100% Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Philippine Time

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Video Editor at Penji, you will:

• Transform raw footage into polished, engaging, high-quality videos
• Create compelling visual stories that communicate ideas clearly
• Develop content with strong pacing, transitions, audio, and visual flow
• Work closely with Project Managers and Creative Leads on various projects
• Apply feedback and revisions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain consistency and high production standards across projects
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
• Bring creativity and fresh ideas to every project

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who has:
Strong Video Editing Skills

• Professional experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or comparable professional editing software
• Experience with professional video editing workflows
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, transitions, audio, and visual continuity
• Ability to create polished, engaging content—not simply assemble clips

Creative Eye

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent sense of visual quality and composition
• Ability to make videos engaging, clear, and visually compelling
• Creativity and versatility across different types of video content

Communication & Reliability

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to understand and implement feedback quickly
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Reliable, collaborative, and willing to learn and grow
• Ability to manage multiple projects without compromising quality
