AI Content Creator, Short Form Video using Google Veo/Flow

I run an AI content agency making short form videos using AI avatars, built with tools like Veo and Flow. I work with brands across a few different markets and the content genuinely performs.

I'm looking for a creator to join my team.

Who I'm after

Someone hungry. Someone with real personality who's genuinely excited about where AI content is heading. If you're already messing around with these tools in your spare time because you find them fun, you're exactly who I want.

You don't need years of experience. You need taste, curiosity and the willingness to get good fast.

What the work looks like

You'll be creating short form videos using AI avatars, following prompts and guides I provide. Each video takes around an hour once you're up to speed.

You'll work independently day to day, but you'll be alongside some seriously good creators and I share everything. Prompts, techniques, what's working, what's not.

The one commitment

Sunday group calls, every week. This is where I review work, give feedback and we level up together. It's the reason our standard keeps climbing, so I require availability on sundays.

What I need from you

Strong communication, you'll be messaging with me and the team regularly
Genuinely dedicated, I want people who care about the output
High quality work, I'd rather have one great video than three rushed ones
Reliable, if you say you'll deliver, you deliver

Pay

$3 per hour. Videos take roughly an hour each once you're familiar with the process, so I'm being upfront about that from the start.
