We're a fast-growing company (10M+ users) looking for a dependable Virtual Assistant to handle daily content uploads on Instagram and YouTube. All content is pre-made — no captions, no editing, just a simple daily routine.

Daily tasks (15–20 min):

• Quick scroll and engage with relevant content (~5 min)
• Upload the ready-made videos to the correct account (~5 min)
• One more short engagement pass before you're done (~5 min)

Requirements: reliable smartphone + internet, consistent daily availability, attention to detail, independent — able to follow step-by-step instructions without hand-holding.

Pay: $45/month base (every 14 days) + performance bonuses — more views means bigger bonuses, up to $100 for the single top-performing video.

Paid testing phase first ($5 for completing it correctly).
