Senior Xactimate Estimator – Fire Loss & Reconstruction

We are seeking an experienced virtual Xactimate Estimator for a full-time position supporting US-based restoration operations. You will build comprehensive Xactimate (.ESX) estimates from Matterport 3D scans, job site photos, and field scope notes.
Key Responsibilities:
Write detailed estimates for fire mitigation and full structural reconstruction.
Translate Matterport 3D floor plans and site photos into accurate line items (framing, drywall, finish trim, HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Prepare carrier revisions, supplements, and justification notes for missing items.
Maintain quick turnaround times for emergency and rebuild scopes.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience writing US insurance restoration estimates in Xactimate.
Demonstrated experience with fire/smoke loss restoration and structural rebuild scope writing.
Proficiency interpreting Matterport spatial data, job site logs, and floor plans.
High attention to detail and strong written English communication.
Xactimate Level 2 or Level 3 certification preferred.
