About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Specialist with required experience in Amazon FBA listing management to oversee catalog operations, stock tracking, and purchasing workflows. You will maintain precise system records, process purchase orders, enter vendor bills, and keep our Amazon store and internal systems completely synchronized.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon FBA & Listing Management: Create, optimize, and maintain Amazon listings, build parent-child variations, resolve suppressed or stranded inventory, and generate FBA inbound shipments.

Purchase Order Processing: Draft, issue, and track Purchase Orders (POs) with suppliers to ensure timely inventory replenishment.

Bill & Invoice Entry: Receive vendor invoices, match them against POs and received shipments, and enter bills accurately into the accounting/ERP system.

Inventory System Updates: Monitor FBA inventory levels, track inbound freight, perform routine stock reconciliations, and record inventory adjustments.

Data Auditing: Audit system records routinely to catch discrepancies in unit costs, inventory counts, Amazon fees, and supplier details.

Requirements & Qualifications

REQUIRED: 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central (FBA listing creation, shipping plans, variation builds, and catalog troubleshooting).

Proficiency with inventory/ERP software (e.g., NetSuite, Zoho, Sellercloud) and accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).

Strong understanding of Amazon inventory policies, stranded inventory fixes, and compliance guidelines.

High speed and precision in numerical data entry and vendor invoice reconciliation.
