About the Role

Remote | Flexible Hours | EST Time Zone | Immediate Start

We’re looking for a highly creative Short-Form Video Editor who knows how to turn everyday footage into engaging, cinematic, masculine lifestyle content for Instagram.

Think: “Day in the Life” content, routines, work, fitness, travel, ambition, lifestyle, discipline, behind-the-scenes, and personal-brand content, edited in a way that feels premium, modern, natural, and addictive to watch.

This is not a basic talking-head editing role. We want someone who understands visual storytelling, pacing, music, transitions, sound design, B-roll, and attention retention.

What You'll Do
Edit 12–15 short-form videos per month for Instagram/Reels
Turn raw lifestyle footage into high-quality, engaging short-form content
Create strong hooks and pacing that keep viewers watching
Use B-roll, cinematic cuts, speed ramps, sound design, music, text, and transitions appropriately
Build a consistent visual style across all content
Understand how to make ordinary daily-life footage feel interesting, aspirational, and cinematic
Adapt editing based on feedback and continuously improve the content
Stay updated with current Instagram/Reels editing styles and trends
The Style We're Looking For

You should naturally understand content like:

Masculine Day in the Life
Morning/night routines
Business & entrepreneur lifestyle
Fitness & discipline
Travel & luxury lifestyle
Behind-the-scenes content
Cinematic personal branding
Fast-paced but clean storytelling
“Come with me” / POV-style content
Aspirational lifestyle reels

We want the content to feel premium and authentic, not like a cheap template slapped onto random clips.

Requirements
Proven experience editing Instagram Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts
Strong understanding of short-form storytelling and retention
Excellent sense of pacing, music selection, and visual composition
Strong knowledge of editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.
C1/C2 level English communication — you must be able to understand instructions, communicate clearly, and handle feedback professionally
Reliable, high-speed internet connection
Able to consistently deliver 12–15 videos per month
Comfortable working primarily around EST hours, with flexibility when needed
Reliable and responsive communication
Available to start ASAP
Portfolio - REQUIRED

Please share your portfolio/reel when applying.

We are particularly interested in seeing:

Lifestyle / Day-in-the-Life / Personal Brand / Cinematic / Masculine / Fitness / Entrepreneurial content.

If your portfolio is mostly corporate videos, wedding videos, gaming edits, or basic talking-head clips, this probably isn't the right role.

What We Value

Creative judgment > fancy effects.

We care about whether you can take raw footage and think:

“How do I make someone actually want to watch this?”

If you have a strong eye for storytelling and can make simple footage look cinematic, engaging, and aspirational, we'd love to see your work.

Start Date: ASAP
Work Setup: Fully Remote
Schedule: EST-based, flexible
Monthly Output: 12–15 videos
Portfolio: Required
