UI/UX Designer (Off Shore | Long-Term | Product Based Role)

We are building a fast-scaling, multi-vertical property technology platform preparing for national launch. Our product is designed to modernise and automate how people buy, sell, and manage property.

We are now seeking a part-time UI/UX Designer (approx. 80 hours per month) to work with us on a long-term basis as we refine and expand the platform.

About the Role

You will:

• Refine and elevate existing Figma designs
• Improve UX flows across web and mobile
• Design new feature screens and product modules
• Maintain design consistency and strengthen our design system
• Work closely with the founder and development team

This is not agency-style churn work. You will be contributing to a serious, growing product with long-term direction.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in UI/UX design
• Strong Figma proficiency
• Experience designing dashboards, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms
• Clean, structured, modern design style
• Strong understanding of UX logic, hierarchy, and user flows
• Detail-oriented and able to think independently

Ideal Candidate

• Comfortable improving an existing design system (not starting from scratch)
• Understands product thinking, not just aesthetics
• Responsive and reliable
• Able to work consistently ~80 hours per month
