Qualifications
Experience: 2–4+ years in project accounting, construction administration, or loan draw processing within a U.S. construction or real estate development environment.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with document management software (Procore, Built, or Buildertrend preferred).
Core Competencies: Uncompromising attention to detail, strong follow-through, and excellent written and verbal communication.
Mindset: A persistent problem-solver who takes ownership of deadlines and documentation integrity.
