Supply Chain Manager – Shopify Fashion Dropshipping

Requirements & Responsibilities

Extensive experience as a Supply Chain Manager for Shopify fashion dropshipping stores

Proven track record of managing multiple stores simultaneously

Highly consistent with a strong, relentless work ethic

Take full control of daily operations, supplier communication (mainly China-based), and order flow

Monitor daily orders and track shipments using tools like ParcelPanel

Identify and proactively resolve delays, invalid tracking numbers, customs issues, and lost parcels

Request product quotations, negotiate pricing/shipping options, and confirm stock availability

Verify product details, size charts, correct variants, and pricing before product launches

Proactively suggest improvements to reduce delivery times and boost operational efficiency

Work independently without supervision, maintaining fast response times and excellent English communication
