Short Form Video Editor - Talking UGC

Looking for a reliable video editor for my talking ugc videos, think 5-10 minutes of video edited to 45 seconds - 3 minutes video. It will be mainly tech, software, AI tools, and other physical products. Brand new personal account, so once the account starts picking up followers and deals, the wage will go up with incentives.
