PART-TIME | APPROXIMATELY 20 HOURS PER WEEK | LONG-TERM

We are hiring an experienced GoHighLevel Automation, Funnel & Social Integration Specialist for a long-term, part-time position.

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL GHL POSITION AND THIS IS NOT A BASIC VA POSITION.

You must already know GoHighLevel and be able to BUILD, TEST, TROUBLESHOOT AND IMPROVE systems inside GHL without being trained from scratch.

This role is approximately 20 hours per week. We are looking for someone highly experienced who can accomplish meaningful work during those hours rather than someone who requires constant direction.

Your primary responsibility is to build and maintain the system connecting:

Social Media + Website + Lead Sources → GHL → Funnels → Workflows/Automation → Nurture → Opportunities → Sales → Reporting

You must have hands-on experience personally building:

GHL Workflows and Automations
Funnels and Landing Pages
Forms and lead capture
Pipelines and Opportunities
Triggers and If/Else logic
Tags and Custom Fields
Lead routing and assignments

Email /SMS nurture sequences
Calendars and appointment workflows
Social Planner
Lead-source tracking and attribution
Reporting/dashboards
Webhooks and integrations

Facebook /Instagram lead connections
Website/WordPress integrations
Social-to-CRM lead flows
AI/automation communication flows
Zapier or similar integration tools

You must understand how platforms CONNECT TO EACH OTHER and how data flows into and through GHL.

You will also be responsible for testing automations, identifying broken workflows, troubleshooting integrations, maintaining clean CRM data, preventing duplicate/conflicting communication, and documenting what you build.

Because our system uses AI and automated funnels, you must understand the importance of reviewing:

Last Activity → Conversations → Notes → Workflow/Automation Activity → Opportunity → Sales Activity

before additional communication occurs.

Your primary experience is Canva or scheduling social posts.
You cannot explain how different platforms connect to GHL.
