: Cleaning Company VA — Inbound Sales, Scheduling & Client Coordination (US Hours)

Blank Space is a residential cleaning company in Houston and Dallas, Texas. We are hiring a full-time virtual assistant to run our customer-facing operations so the owner can focus on growth.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 11am to 6pm US Central Time. Please only apply if you can commit to that window with no overlapping clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Answer inbound leads from Google Local Services within five minutes. Quote from our pricing calculator and book jobs into GoHighLevel. Send booking confirmations, collect signed terms and payment details, assign cleaners, and send reminders. Send and follow up on invoices. Request and respond to customer reviews. Call past customers to offer recurring service. Coordinate with vendors and freelancers we hire. After the first month, outbound calls to property managers, realtors, and small businesses.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent. At least one year supporting a US home-services business, cleaning strongly preferred. Experience with GoHighLevel, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or similar. Located in a major city with reliable internet and a backup power source. Confident closing on the phone and calm with difficult customers. Comfortable using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow. We provide written guidelines and expect you to write in your own words, never paste AI output directly to a customer. Spanish is a strong plus.

PAY

$700 per month base, plus a bonus on every job you book that gets paid, plus 10 percent of the first month's revenue on any commercial or recurring account you source and close yourself. Two-week paid trial. Weekly payment via Wise.
