Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent Home Health OASIS coding experience
• Strong knowledge of OASIS-E requirements
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding for home health
• Experience working with U.S. home health agencies
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable internet connection and professional work environment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

About Us

DAY Home Health Solutions provides clinical QA and compliance support to home health agencies throughout the United States. We are seeking an experienced Home Health OASIS Coder to join our growing team and support multiple agency clients.

Responsibilities

• Review and code OASIS assessments accurately and efficiently
• Assign and sequence ICD-10 diagnoses according to Medicare guidelines
• Ensure coding accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with clinicians and QA staff to resolve documentation issues
• Maintain productivity and turnaround time expectations
• Stay current with CMS regulations and OASIS guidance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB), WellSky, Axxess, MatrixCare, or other home health EMRs
• Experience supporting multiple agencies
• QA review experience is a plus

Compensation

• Hourly contractor position
• Compensation based on experience and qualifications
