About the Role

Joelle Uzyel Interior Design is a high-end residential and commercial design-build studio based in Beverly Hills, with projects across Los Angeles, Miami, and New York. Our work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, WSJ, and Vanity Fair. We have 100K+ followers on Instagram and 146K+ on TikTok.

We are hiring a content creator to build and produce our creative output. We have the projects, the aesthetic, and the audience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Create the creative assets for our channels: reels, short films, stills, and carousels. Some of it will be AI-generated from scratch. Some of it will be edited from footage and photography we shoot on site. Most of it will be both. You'll also use AI writing tools to help script, hook, and caption the work.

This is a creative role. We're looking for someone with a design eye who understands quiet luxury, restraint, and editorial taste — someone whose work doesn't look like everyone else's.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

This is not a social media manager, scheduler, or community management role. If your portfolio is content calendars and engagement reports, please do not apply.

REQUIREMENTS

AI generation. List the exact tools and models you use — image, video, voice, upscaling (for example: Midjourney v7, Runway Gen-4, Kling 2.1, Veo 3, Flux, ElevenLabs, Topaz). Tell us which subscriptions you pay for and whether you can work on your own accounts.

AI writing. Which LLMs you use (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and specifically what you use them for. We care about how you use them, not that you do. Copy that sounds like it came out of a chatbot doesn't make it to our feed.

Editing. Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or CapCut. We want examples where you did the edit — real footage, not only AI clips.

Consistency. A method for keeping the same room, the same materials, the same light across shots. This is the hardest part of AI interiors and we will ask about it.

Strong written English and at least 1-2 hours of overlap with Los Angeles time.

TO APPLY, SEND:

1. Your resume.

2. Three reels you made. Say which parts were AI, filmed, or edited by you.

3. Your full tool list — AI models, LLMs, editing software.

4. One original reel, 15-30 seconds, vertical, built only from imagery on ---------- . Any concept. Plus two sentences: your idea, and the tools you used.

5. One sentence on what you'd change about our current content.

Missing any of the five, we won't review it. The reel is for evaluation only — we won't use it without paying you, and please don't publish it or our imagery. Shortlisted candidates get one paid test brief.
