WHAT THIS IS

I run an Irish company that builds AI-driven operations for growing businesses. Right now I'm embedded in a fast-growing US lead generation agency (grew to $120k/month in about two months) where I build the systems, automations, and tracking that let it scale. I automate everything that can be automated. This role is my right hand for everything that still needs a sharp human.

You would be working directly with me as my right hand. And you would not be my first Filipino teammate: over the years I have worked with 20+ people from the Philippines through Upwork and OnlineJobs.ph, so I know how to make this work well for both sides. As the work grows, this role grows with it.

A bit about me: I started programming at 13, had my first client at 14, and left the standard education path to learn on my own. I was working as a developer at 17. WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Data checks and cleanup in our systems (GoHighLevel, spreadsheets, dashboards)
2. Verifying records: appointments, links, statuses. Catching what looks wrong
3. Making sure the IT systems match our flowcharts, and that people are informed about system changes and how to use them
4. Using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) as part of daily work. I will teach you my workflows, and I expect you to get good at them
5. Coordinating a few personal logistics (for example scheduling with my chef)
6. Over time: owning entire recurring processes end to end

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

The work has two modes.

BUILD MODE: when we are diving into a system and building it out, we work LIVE on a Zoom call. Both on, screen sharing, I figure out what needs to happen, you take each task the moment it is clear and do it while I keep working on the next thing, and we review and adjust on the spot. Think of it like mob programming: no briefs sitting in a queue for two days, no handover delays, the system gets built fast and you learn extremely quickly because you see the whole thinking process. I have worked this way with people from the Philippines before, sometimes long days on the same call, and it is intense and energizing. If that sounds draining to you, this is not your role. RUN MODE: once a system is built and figured out, the work becomes calmer. You get checklists and short screen recordings (Loom) as instructions, you work through them on your own time within our overlap hours, and you send back your results. Over time you graduate to owning these processes fully.

Most weeks are a mix of both. You get real responsibility fast if you show you can carry it.

THE DEAL

1. Part time to start: 20 hours per week GUARANTEED. You are paid the full base even in a lighter week: $ ---------- /month base, depending on experience
2. Hours beyond 20 are paid per hour: $5-7/hour
3. Busy weeks can reach 40+ hours. I need someone who WANTS those hours
4. 13th month pay
5. First raise review after 90 days, tied to the processes you own, not time served
6. Working hours: I'm in Europe, so overlap with my day means your AFTERNOON and EVENING (around 15:00-24:00 Philippine time). I need at least 3 hours of overlap. Your mornings stay yours, and the normal working hours are nothing like the graveyard shifts of a US client

Side projects and other gigs are fine. I would honestly rather hire someone who builds things. The deal is simple: your base hours are sacred, and when I need extra hours on short notice (24 to 48 hours), this role comes first. If you can commit to that, everything else is your time.

WHO YOU ARE

1. You have used ChatGPT or Claude for actual work, or you badly want to make AI tools your daily toolkit
2. Detail-oriented: you follow instructions exactly and flag anything that looks off instead of guessing
3. You enjoy working live on a call: screen sharing, getting feedback, adjusting in real time
4. Strong written and spoken English (we talk a lot on calls)
5. Reliable internet and your own computer, good enough for long Zoom calls with screen share
6. Available now, with room to grow your hours
7. Hungry. You want to learn how modern businesses are actually built

HOW THE HIRING WORKS

1. You apply (see below). I review every application that follows the instructions within 48 hours
2. Shortlisted candidates get a short video call with me
3. Then a PAID live working session: you join me on Zoom, we work on real tasks together, real pay. Both of us see if it fits
4. If it fits, we start properly
