Legal Workers Compensation Sales Rep / Call Center Agent

Requirements

• Must have experience doing Workers Compensation
• Must have at least 3 yrs of experience working in a call center / BPO
• Between 3 - 8yrs of work experience
• Must have a headset with clear audio quality
• Must have a quiet room with minimal background noise
• Must have a reliable internet connection; even better if you have power station to prevent outlet
• Must be live on Slack and responsive during your shift
• Must maintain a call pickup time of under 5 seconds throughout the shift

Work

• I will conduct interviews early Sept
• First round interview is a 15min roleplay with a script
• Then we will do a 2hr paid trial to ensure cultural fit (we value honesty and speed)
• Then you will do a 4hr paid first shift to ensure your can take the calls with no issues
• Then you will receive the offer for the job.
• After that I will pay you monthly on the 1st of each month via Wise
