Appointment Setter - Cold Calling for US B2B Cleaning Company

Anvil Facility Services is a commercial cleaning company based in New York City. Our accounts are offices, medical and dental practices, high-end retail stores, and similar facilities. We are filling one seat: an appointment setter who calls businesses and puts walkthroughs on the owner's calendar.

The entire job is the phone. Expect over 200 dials a day. Skip this posting if calling strangers is not something you want to do all night.

THE WORK
You dial from lists we hand you. Building lists is not your job.
Get past the front desk to whoever makes the cleaning decision.
Work our script. The offer is a in-person walkthrough and a free quote.
Put the appointment on the owner's calendar before the call ends.
Confirmation email inside 10 minutes, reminder email the day before, text the morning of. Show rate is part of the job, not extra credit.
Log every call in the dialer. It pushes to the CRM on its own.
Build the next day's callback list during your midday break.
Close each shift with a short report of your numbers.

HOURS
Monday through Friday, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila time. That matches business hours on the US East Coast. The hours are fixed. Do not apply if permanent night work will not work for you long term.

The shift runs in blocks:
9:00 PM to 11:30 PM Manila. Dialing, callbacks before new names.
11:30 PM to 12:30 AM. Dialing.
12:30 AM to 1:30 AM. Break, plus confirmation email s, texts, and tomorrow's callback list.
1:30 AM to 4:30 AM. Dialing.
4:30 AM to 5:00 AM. Shift report.

PAY
Base is $600 a month, paid on two cycles.

On top of that, $20 for every walkthrough that actually happens. It counts when the owner arrives and the meeting takes place. Cancellations and no-shows pay nothing, which is the reason the confirmations and texts matter.

Hit 20 held walkthroughs in a month and you are at $1,000. Hit 30 and you are at $1,200. Nothing is capped.

WHAT WE COVER
Power dialer, phone numbers, lead lists, CRM access, the script, and training. None of it comes out of your pocket.

REQUIREMENTS

• Spoken English clear enough that a US receptionist never asks you to repeat yourself.
• Wired internet, 10 Mbps upload or better. Mobile data does not qualify.
• USB headset with a boom mic. Earbuds are not acceptable.
• A quiet room. No roosters, no street noise, no family audible behind you.
• A real track record cold calling US businesses. Name the company and how long you were there.
