Graphic Designer & Social Media / Influencer Marketing VA

Job Description
We are a growing US based ecommerce brand, EcoFox, selling eco friendly personal care and household products across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. We are looking for a versatile, detail oriented Virtual Assistant who combines strong graphic design skills with social media management and influencer marketing experience.

Responsibilities:
Design graphics for Instagram, Facebook , and TikTok (posts, stories, reels covers, carousels)
Design and build email marketing graphics in Figma, then upload and format completed designs in Klaviyo for email campaigns
Manage and schedule content across EcoFox's Instagram, Facebook , and TikTok accounts
Handle influencer outreach and relationship management using Cruva and other influencer platforms
Source, vet, and contact influencers/creators to negotiate pricing and content deliverables (posts, lives, videos)
Maintain and update Google Sheets to track influencer outreach status, pricing, deliverables, and performance
Support occasional design needs for EcoFox Amazon listing graphics, A+ content, or packaging as needed
Communicate professionally and promptly with influencers and internal team members
Report weekly progress on outreach numbers, campaigns booked, and content calendar status

Requirements:
Proven graphic design experience (portfolio required) with strong Figma proficiency required
Experience building and uploading email marketing graphics/templates into Klaviyo (or willingness and ability to learn quickly)
Prior experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
Experience with influencer marketing outreach, negotiation, or campaign coordination (Cruva experience is a big plus, TikTok Shop creator experience also a plus)
Strong written English communication skills
Comfortable working independently with Google Sheets, Asana, and ----------
Reliable internet connection and ability to work during at least a few overlapping hours with US business hours & Warsaw/Poland business hours
Ecommerce or Amazon brand experience is a strong plus

Nice to have:
Prior Klaviyo email marketing experience beyond just uploading designs (flows, segmentation, A/B testing)
Video editing basics for reels/TikTok content
