Full-Time Luxury Real Estate Video Editor – Remote

Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join a growing luxury residential construction and real estate brand. You will work remotely with the Social Media & Brand Manager and management team to turn construction footage, property videos, photos, renderings, and project updates into premium, cinematic content for social media, websites, Realtor materials, and future property campaigns.

This is not a basic editing role. We want someone with strong visual judgment who understands luxury branding, architecture, real estate, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
Edit Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and property videos.
Create cinematic construction and before-and-after content.
Edit professional, drone, and smartphone footage.
Create carousels, Stories, graphics, thumbnails, and presentations.
Maintain a consistent luxury visual identity.
Organize raw footage and completed assets.
Work closely with the Social Media & Brand Manager.
Suggest creative concepts, hooks, transitions, music, and storytelling.
Repurpose footage into multiple content pieces.
Meet deadlines and handle revisions efficiently.
Visual Style
Minimal. Architectural. Premium. Clean. Modern. Sophisticated.
We are not looking for excessive transitions, flashy templates, or generic real estate content.

Qualifications
3–5+ years of video editing/graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio.
Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of short-form video and cinematic storytelling.
Excellent visual composition and attention to detail.
Strong English communication.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience with real estate, architecture, construction, interior design, or luxury brands is preferred.

Computer Requirements
Must have a high-performance computer capable of editing 4K footage.
Recommended: 32GB+ RAM, 1TB+ SSD, modern Apple Silicon Pro/Max or high-performance Windows system with dedicated GPU.

Remote Work
The projects are located in Canada, but this position is 100% remote in the Philippines.
Footage will be captured by photographers, videographers, or local content creators in Calgary and provided to you for editing.
