Position Overview

We are looking for talented Graphic Designer / Brand Identity Designer to create the visual identity of a high-end luxury residential home-building company. This is more than a logo project. We want a brand that feels sophisticated, architectural, timeless, exclusive, and premium—the kind of identity expected from a company that builds million-dollar homes.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop an original, distinctive luxury logo
• Create logo variations and brand mark/icon
• Establish typography and color direction
• Design essential branded materials, including:
• Employee uniforms and ID cards
• Lanyards and business cards
• Letterhead and presentation templates
• Social media and digital branding
• Provide editable/source and high-resolution files

What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in:

• Luxury branding and logo design
• Real estate, architecture, construction, hospitality, or premium brands
• Typography, spacing, proportion, and minimalist design
• Creating cohesive, professional brand identities

Quality is our highest priority. We are looking for someone who understands that luxury is about thoughtful design—not simply using black and gold.
