Email Marketing Specialist with Strong Creative/Design Skills

We are a Swedish e-commerce brand selling beauty and wellness products looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with strong creative/design skills.

The job will be 60/40 split between email marketing and other creative design tasks for ads/social media/landing pages or other ad hoc assistant type tasks for the CEO, mostly related to marketing.

This is a part time role. We would rather have a genuine specialist for a few hours a week than a generalist full time, so this suits someone who wants steady long term work alongside their other commitments. But we are open to a full time position in time.

Our customers are Swedish. You do not need to speak Swedish. You write briefs and copy in English, we translate and approve. You build, design and ship. All internal communication is in English.

Nice to haves:

• You have built flows from scratch, segmented lists, run A/B tests
• A portfolio showing email designs you personally designed
• A portfolio showing static ad creatives for Meta or Facebook that you personally designed
• Figma, Photoshop, Canva or equivalent work
• Shopify experience
• Klaviyo experience
• Experience with various AI tools. Either Chatbot's or creative AI tools such as for image generation

We are open to a full time position in time as well.

Our company is scaling fast, and are also open to increasing salary fast if we can see a great uplift in performance of our marketing channels.
