Full-Time Premium Real Estate Video Editor

We are looking for a talented full-time video editor to become a long-term part of our team. We create premium short-form property content for estate agents, property developers and high-end residential brands across the UK.

We are not looking for someone who simply uses the same template, transitions and effects for every video. The most important thing for us is finding an editor with strong creative judgement and attention to detail, who can learn the individual style of each of our clients and eventually understand how we like videos edited without needing detailed instructions every time.

Most videos are between 30–90 seconds and are primarily created for Instagram and other social platforms.

Typical projects include:

• Premium property walkthrough videos
• Agent-led property tours
• Fast-paced social-first property videos
• Luxury residential content
• Short-form reels and cutdowns
• Compilation and brand videos

Different clients require very different editing styles. Some are faster, modern and energetic. Others are much more premium, elegant and understated. Being able to understand and adapt to those differences is extremely important.

We are looking for someone with:
Excellent sense of pacing and storytelling
Good understanding of short-form social media
Excellent attention to detail
Tasteful use of speed ramps and transitions
Clean and premium text and graphic design
Good sound design
Good colour correction / grading
Ability to take feedback and improve quickly
Reliable communication
Strong organisation and file management
Consistent turnaround times

This is intended to become a full-time, long-term position. We are looking for one main editor who can become deeply familiar with our company, our editing style and our individual clients. The role will begin with a trial period (paid) so that both sides can make sure the fit is right. If successful, you would become our dedicated video editor and work closely with us as the company grows.

There is some flexibility around exact working hours, but we require good communication and reliable turnaround times.
As we are based in the UK, some overlap with UK working hours would be helpful.

Salary: $1,200–$1950 USD per month depending on experience and quality.
