Junior Performance Marketer

We are looking for Junior/Middle Performance marketing assistant with Meta ads experience. We are a beauty ecommerce brand based in Bulgaria, preparing to launch a second ecommerce health brand and we have plans for expansion in other EU countries.

We are looking for an experienced performance marketer that is going to help us with Meta ads creative strategy, video and static ad creatives creation(mainly with AI), reporting in Google Sheets, uploading Meta ads and helping us with the communication with our affiliates/creative partners.

We are looking for someone with experience in the field that you can show and proof in your relevant portfolio, that is mandatory for your application to be reviewed. We are offering training and are looking for a long term team mate, so we can grow together.

The language in the ad creatives is Bulgarian and the communication with me is going to be in English. The translation of the language in the ad creatives is going to be done with AI.

The job offer is part time at 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday and the position is likely to become full time in the future, if you are available for full time hours. Start of the work is atleast from 13:00(Philippine Standard Time), but the beginning of the shift is negotiable.

The starting pay is $3/hour and there is a promotion ladder for the right candidates in the future, including performance fees and management positions.
