Performance marketing creative strategist/editor/designer

We are a beauty ecommerce brand based in Bulgaria, preparing to launch a second ecommerce health brand and we have plans for expansion in other EU countries.

We are looking for experienced performance marketing creative strategists, video editors and designers that are going to make us ready-to-use Meta ads performance creatives for our ecommerce store in Bulgaria.

The language of the creatives must be Bulgarian and the communication with us is going to be in English.

This is not a hourly position, we are looking for creative partners that are going to send us ad creatives every 1-2-3 weeks, we are going to test them in our campaigns and to get paid only with a percentage of ad spend. The good ads that are hitting KPI are going to run for weeks and months ahead, making a nice passive income for you.

Our target roas is low for the market and it's a very good opportunity for experts to make themselves additional income. Our target roas is 2.5 and our budget is from $5000-$6000/month.

The pay is 5% of the ad spend of your ads without any cap of the income. Your pay is guaranteed because we will test wit budget 100% of your ads. It's very possible to start earning a few hundred dollars from the first month.
