You pay attention to what's actually working and adjust without being asked

What You'll Do Every Day
Instagram Content - This Is Your Primary Job
Post multiple times per day - feed posts, Reels, stories
Edit existing video clips and past content into new Reels using Edits or CapCut
Go through our Instagram page and identify which hooks, posts, and Reels performed best most saves, shares, DMs, and comments
Research trending hooks in the health, wellness, and women's fitness space and present options weekly
Write hooks and captions in Dr. Ar’neka’s voice direct, blunt, empowering
DM new followers on Instagram daily to start conversations and build relationships
Present a weekly analytics report what performed, what didn't, and why
Come up with new hook ideas based on what's working on the page and in the niche

Go High Level — CRM and Automation
Build and manage workshop funnels from scratch - landing pages, registration workflows, confirmation sequences, follow-up automations
Write and set up email sequences for leads, nurture campaigns, event promos, and patient follow-ups
Manage contact tags, lead source tracking, and pipeline organization
Keep CRM clean and organized at all times

You Must Have — Non-Negotiable
Edit or CapCut — you edit short form video confidently and quickly
Go High Level — you have built workflows and funnels before, not just used it
Instagram content experience — specifically Reels and stories for a personal brand
Strong written English — you write captions and email s that sound human not robotic
Bonus Points
Experience with health, wellness, or chiropractic brands
Experience repurposing podcast content into short form video
Experience with VSL or landing page funnels in GHL
