About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized B2B Partner Developer & Operations Specialist at Surf Cat CPR. In this role, you will be the engine behind our location growth and class coordination. You will split your time between Partner Development (researching, cold -email ing, and booking new gym/office partnerships in Orange County California) and Operations (scheduling classes, managing rosters inside Hovn class manager, and calculating partner revenue shares).

Responsibilities:
B2B Partner Development & Lead Gen (50%)
-Target Research: Use Google and social media to source independent gyms, dance studios, and small office property managers etc in targeted California cities.
-Cold Outreach: Execute email and outreach campaigns to pitch our host site rev share host partner model.
-Pipeline Management: Track leads through our internal pipeline spreadsheet, handle basic partner questions, and schedule brief intro calls between warm leads..

Operations & Schedule Management (30%)
-Class Logistics: Coordinate with secured partner locations to find open calendar dates and cross-reference availability with our instructors.
-Build, publish, and tag new classes inside our class manager dashboard, ensuring accurate location data and seat capacities.
-Roster Audits: Review class registration numbers 24 hours prior and update internal team channels on attendance volumes.

Finance & Partner Relations (20%)
-Attendance Reconciliation: Pull final attendance logs from class manager after classes conclude to verify the total number of public student completions.
-Revenue Share Math: Calculate monthly partner payouts based on our host share model.
-Account Payable: Generate, itemized "Payout Summary" reports and submit them to the office for final payment execution via Bank transfer/live check.
-Other duties as assigned

Required:
-College/University Degree
-Flawless English Communication
-2 years of customer facing experience- preferably in customer service.
-Prior experience in lead generation, sales, related
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
-Passion for saving lives

Preferred:
-Outside Sales experience (3+ years)
-Hunter mentality
-Knowledge of CPR & First Aid training service line
-Female

Compensation/Extras:
-$3.00/hour (sched-approved hrs only)
-Plus $5.00 Partner location Activation bonus (after they host their 1st class)
-Opportunity of 5% commission direct private group bookings and AED/equipment sales
-Basic Health Benefits after 6 months of employment
