Read this part slowly, because it is the whole job and most people should not apply.

I am not looking for a video editor. I am not going to write your scripts. I am not going to pick your b-roll, hand you a shot list, or tell you which hook to open on. If you need someone to tell you what to cut, this role will make you miserable and we will both know inside a week.

I am looking for one person who can take a product and hand me back winning short-form video ads, start to finish, without me in the room.

WHAT "START TO FINISH" MEANS
You own all of it:

• Research the competitors and the market, and come up with the angle yourself
• Write the script
• Generate the voiceover (AI - ElevenLabs or similar)
• Find or generate the b-roll and the AI UGC (Veo, Seedance, Kling, Runway, HeyGen, whatever you actually run) plus sourced footage
• Cut it in CapCut for TikTok / Reels / Shorts - hooks in the first 3 seconds, built to convert, not to look pretty
• Re-iterate the ads that already won for us - new hooks, new openings, new variants
• Do it in volume, because most ads fail and we find winners by testing a lot fast

I hand you the product and the ads that already worked. You go make money.

THE DEAL - LOW BASE, REAL UPSIDE

• $500/month base. That is the floor, and it is deliberately low.
• On top of that, every ad of yours that becomes a winner pays a bonus, up to $500 per winner, paid in tiers as it grows so you get paid on the way up - not only if it hits some giant number that ads rarely reach:
• 25% of the winner target -> $100
• 50% -> another $ ---------- %, a full winner -> another $250 (so $500 total for that one ad)
• What counts as a "winner" depends on the niche - each niche has its own target (conversions / cost per result / ROAS). You will always be told the exact target for whatever you are working on before you start.
• You see the same dashboard I see. Conversions are tracked to your ads by name. There is no guessing about whether you earned it - you can watch it climb.

So your base is small, but your ceiling is not something I set. A month where you land three winners is a very different month, and that is entirely up to you.

WHAT I NEED IN YOUR APPLICATION
Short answers are fine. Real answers are required.
1. Which AI video models did you generate with in the last 30 days, and what is each one good and bad at?
2. Walk me through ONE short-form ad you made from nothing - how you picked the angle, wrote it, voiced it, and sourced the visuals. If it had numbers (views, conversions, ROAS), give them.
3. When I hand you a product cold, what is your actual process for finding an angle that will work? Be specific - not "I research trends."
4. Once you are ramped, how many finished ads can you realistically turn around in a week?

If you cannot answer #1 and #3 from your own experience, this is not your role.

THE TEST - NOT OPTIONAL
Anyone writes a good application. I hire off the work, and this test is the job in miniature.

Brief: a $17 digital course that teaches complete beginners how to start a simple online side income.

Do the full loop yourself: pick an angle (look at how similar things are being sold right now), write the script, generate an AI voiceover, get your own b-roll / AI UGC, and cut ONE finished 9:16 short-form ad, 30 to 45 seconds. Then tell me two things: the angle you chose and why, and what time you started and finished.
