Lead AI Video Editor/Creative Strategy Skills a Plus

Lead AI Video Editor — Full-Time / Remote

We’re, a fast-growing e-commerce brand with a small, hands-on team. We’re looking for an experienced AI Video Editor to help us scale our creative production for Q4 and beyond.

You’ll work directly with the founder, create ads yourself, and help train and support our existing editor based in the Philippines. This is a hands-on role, not a management-only position.

What you’ll do

• Create AI video ads from start to finish, generate reusable B-roll, and experiment with new concepts, storytelling styles, and formats. Using tool like seedance, kling, google omni, grok....
• Bring your own AI workflows or help us build better ones to improve quality and production speed.
• Share your techniques with our current editor and help improve the team’s output.

Production target: around 3 videos per day, approximately 60 seconds each.

We’re looking for someone with strong editing skills, proven experience with AI-generated content, and the initiative to try ideas without waiting for instructions on every detail.

All necessary tools are provided: Higgsfield with 9,000 credits/month, more if needed, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT/Codex, and other tools relevant to your workflow.

Creative strategy experience is a big plus. Being able to research angles, suggest concepts, and improve scripts can lead to broader responsibilities and higher compensation.

We’re committing to 3+ months, likely continuing through January and potentially much longer as the brand grows. Expect direct involvement in creative operations, room to gain experience, and opportunities for bonuses and salary increases based on your contribution.
