Web Designer & GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant

Kayser Solutions is looking for a creative GoHighLevel Web Designer, Sub-Account Specialist and general virtual assistant.

This will begin as paid project-based work, with the opportunity to become part-time and eventually full-time as our client volume grows.

FIRST PROJECT

Your first paid project will be designing and building the Kayser Solutions website using GoHighLevel AI Studio.

This will help me evaluate your web design skills, creativity, AI prompting, attention to detail and ability to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design websites and landing pages using GoHighLevel AI Studio
• Write effective AI prompts and refine the results
• Create clean, modern and mobile-friendly designs
• Follow client branding, content and project requirements
• Set up new GoHighLevel client sub-accounts
• Create forms, calendars, pipelines, custom fields and workflows
• Connect domains, email services, phone numbers and integrations
• Test websites, forms and automations before launch
• Troubleshoot problems inside existing client accounts
• Update WordPress websites when needed
• Document completed work

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong GoHighLevel experience
• Experience with AI like Chatgpt or Claude
• Good web design skills and creativity
• Experience using AI tools and writing detailed prompts
• Ability to review AI-generated work and identify mistakes
• Ability to keep refining prompts until the result meets the requirements
• Experience managing GoHighLevel sub-accounts
• Experience with WordPress and other Website builders
• Basic understanding of SEO
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines

Most tasks will include written documentation and established processes. You must follow instructions accurately and consistently. If something is unclear, ask questions instead of making assumptions.

Experience with GHL AI Studio, CSS, JavaScript, APIs or webhooks is an advantage.

LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY

This position will begin with project-based work and can grow into consistent part-time and eventually full-time employment.
