SENIOR AI CONTENT CREATOR - VEO 3 /GOOGLE FLOW/ DOG NICHE

We're scaling AI-generated video content for high-performing dog and pet wellness brands. We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented video editor to join our growing production team. This isn't assembly-line work! You'll have creative autonomy within our proven framework, and your work gets distributed to our massive Instagram following (6+ figures engaged audience).

MANDATORY APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Before applying, be aware that candidacy will be immediately disqualified if you cannot provide ALL of the following:
1. Portfolio proof - 3-5 sample AI-generated videos YOU'VE created (similar to dog/pet/health/supplement niches preferred)
2. Client references - Direct proof of conversation/communication with at least one previous brand owner or client you've worked with (screenshots of messages, email s, or collaboration records)
3. Results proof - Documented evidence of results you generated for that client (engagement metrics, video performance data, conversion numbers, or written testimonial from the brand owner)

Without all three of these items, your application will not be reviewed.

What You'll Do

• Create 3-4 polished, 2-minute AI videos daily
• Work with tools like Veo, ElevenLabs, and CapCut to produce avatar and product-style pet videos
• Craft compelling prompts for AI generation (we'll teach you our system)
• Maintain consistent quality and brand voice across all deliverables
• Collaborate with our creative direction, so you're not guessing

Who We're Looking For

• 1+ year - Strong experience with Veo, ElevenLabs, CapCut, or similar AI video tools (required)
• Proven portfolio with pet/dog content creation (required - see mandatory application requirements above)
• Previous client/brand work with documented results (required - see mandatory application requirements above)
• Excellent prompt engineering skills (ChatGPT/Claude experience is a huge plus)
• Reliable, fast, and genuinely creative
• Able to consistently deliver 4 high-quality videos per day
• Attention to detail, especially with compliance in pet health/supplement space

Compensation & Growth

• Base: $3 USD per 2-minute video (consistent work)
• Performance bonus: $300–$500+/month based on engagement and output quality
• Our audience is already there and engaged so good content = easy bonuses. Top performers on our team hit $600+/month
