Creative Video Editor / Reels Editor

Hiring:

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Video Editor to collaborate on a project basis.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who already works with clients and regularly delivers editing projects.

This role is not intended for someone looking for full-time or part-time employment. We are looking for independent project-based collaboration.

We are looking for someone who already creates this type of content and understands how to make short videos engaging, modern, visually attractive, and suitable for social media.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in professional video editing
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience with CapCut
• English level B2 or higher

Because communication and subtitles are part of the workflow, strong English understanding is important.

Required Skills

You should be able to:

• Create engaging short-form content
• Create 10-second videos
• Create 1-minute videos
• Add subtitles professionally
• Make subtitles visually attractive and easy to follow
• Add watermarks and branding
• Use smooth and professional transitions
• Add clips and B-roll to illustrate spoken content
• Perform professional sound correction
• Perform professional color correction
• Improve white balance
• Improve video texture and overall visual quality
• Make footage look polished and professional
• Remove unwanted objects or people from videos naturally
• Add objects or visual elements into scenes
• Use masking and tracking techniques
• Apply visual effects when needed
• Deliver videos suitable for social media publication
• Explain your editing decisions and workflow

Preference for experience in:

• Social media content
• Reels editing
• YouTube videos
• Promotional videos
• Commercial content
• Cinematic editing

Bonus Skills

• Experience producing cinematic content
• Experience working on movies or storytelling projects
• Advanced editing and creative direction

• $10 per edited 1-minute video
• Additional editing:
• +$5 for the next 5 minutes
