Compensation & Growth
Months 1-4: $600
Months 5-8: $650
Months 9-12: $700

What You’ll Be Doing
Handle phone calls warmly for our beauty brand
Create engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, long form videos
Help promote brand events and experiences
Respond to client messages and inquiries with warmth and professionalism
Assist with daily administrative tasks
Keep the online community active and engaging
Update the team on progress and key tasks

Who You Are
Confident to handle phone calls with American clients warmly and kindly
Experienced with social media platforms and content creation
Comfortable managing client communications and administrative tasks
Highly organized, dependable, and proactive
Quick learner and eager to take initiative
Clear and professional communicator
Able to work independently while keeping the team informed
Looking for a long-term role with meaningful growth opportunities
Comfortable with Hubstaff, ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut
Has Apple Device for File Sharing
Comfortable to work San Diego Business Hours, 40 hours a week including weekends
Has Flexible schedule
