Amazon Product Sourcing VA — Trial Position

I’m looking for an experienced Amazon sourcing VA who understands Keepa and SellerAmp and can identify quality, profitable leads without needing heavy QC on my end.

My minimum criteria:

35% ROI minimum — non-negotiable
$4 minimum profit per unit
Seller/offer count should generally be no more than 5% of estimated monthly sales
Strong BSR and consistent sales history
Stable Buy Box/price history — no temporary price spikes
Prefer replenishable products with consistent demand
Avoid listings dominated by Amazon
Avoid Transparency products
Avoid private-label/high-IP-risk listings
Avoid bulky/oversized products
Avoid products requiring 100/200/400 units for approval unless specifically requested
No low-profit leads submitted simply because the ROI is high
Grocery, Pet, Household, Home, Tools and similar everyday products are preferred

Trial: 10 hours total over 7 days at $3/hour = $30 maximum. You may divide the 10 hours however you choose during the week. Any additional hours must be approved by me in writing beforehand and will not otherwise be paid.

I’m looking for quality over quantity. I need someone who can understand my buying criteria, reject weak leads themselves, and reduce the amount of QC I have to do — not simply send everything that technically shows a profit.
