Supplier Negotiation Reviewer — QA an AI Negotiation Bot (Clothing Sourcing)

We built an AI bot that negotiates with clothing suppliers on behalf of buyers. It handles the back-and-forth on price, MOQ, samples, and lead times. Your job: be the human quality check on every conversation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Read live negotiation conversations between our bot and clothing suppliers
• Check the negotiation is on track: pricing, quantities, MOQ, samples, shipping terms, tone
• Fix or rewrite the bot's message when it's off, then approve the final version before it goes to the buyer
• Flag deals that are going sideways or need a human to step in
• Report the bot's mistakes so we can keep improving it

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Real experience negotiating with suppliers (Alibaba/1688, garment or apparel sourcing is a big plus)
• Excellent written English - you can instantly judge tone, clarity, and whether a message will land
• You know sourcing basics: unit price, MOQ, sampling, lead times, shipping terms
• Detail-oriented and responsive - conversations can't sit waiting for hours
• Comfortable with chat tools and simple dashboards

DETAILS

• Part-time to start (about 20 hrs/week), can grow into full-time as volume grows
• Most suppliers are in China - same timezone as the Philippines, so normal daytime hours work
• Paid hourly, rate based on experience
